How to Assign Cases

  • Open the Basics tab of the Edit Activity pop-up window for the desired activity.

  • In the Cases panel, start typing the title of the desired case in the Assign Case field. Click the option to add it.

  • Repeat with all the cases you want to assign.

Assigning Alternate Case(s)

  • In the Cases panel, add the case intended to be an alternate as described above.


Adding a case

  • Drag and drop the alternate case onto the case which you want to have an alternate for.


Adjoining alternate case

Alternate cases will be displayed in the same field.

Assigning Activity Evaluation Case

In the Evaluation case drop-down, select the case for activity evaluation.

TIP: Start typing in the smart search bar to narrow the drop-down menu.
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that the activity evaluation checklist is prepared as the case evaluation checklist of an independent case that can then be assigned to the activity via the Evaluation case drop-down on the Basics tab of the Edit Activity pop-up window.
NOTE: Evaluation emails can only be prepared (i.e. the button on the Emails tab is only activated) if there is an evaluation case selected.

Withdrawing Case Assignment

For one case:

Click the X in the top right corner of the case field.


Removing case assignment

NOTE: When hovering over the case to be removed, the X becomes red.


For all cases:

Click the trash icon in the bottom right corner of the Cases panel.
