There are 3 preset (system-set) reports available in the system, on the Scores tab of the Reports module:


Group Performance Report - reviewing learners' performance in the events/ activities that have been scheduled in the system: SCEs are displayed as columns, while learners are listed in the rows.

Performance Matrix overview on cumulative learner results in the different parts and sections of the SCEs.

Skill Development Report - learners' performance in the different skill areas.

Accessing any of the reports can be done by selecting the desired one from the drop-down in the top right corner of the Scores tab in the Reports module.

NOTE: The reports can be filtered for specific events/activities by selecting the desired events/activities via the Add Filter button.

Admin and Facilitator users can access preset reports without restrictions.

Faculty members only have access to the reports in case

  •  the event the SCE is added to is a standalone Event (not associated with an Activity) OR
  •  the event the SCE is added to is not standalone (i.e. it is associated with an Activity) AND reports are available to ALL Events within that Activity in the given time interval, 
  • and the appropriate reports are selected for Faculties on the SCE Scheduling tab of  SCE Management or the Calendar.

The links to Reports and OEQS are displayed on the Your Events tab of Faculty users according to the Report availability period set in SCE Scheduling.
