Create a group chat directly from a Session to share information with every SP who has been confirmed for the Session.

Creating a Chat Conversation from a Session

  1. Select a Cast sheet.
  2. Select the Session you want to create an SP group chat for.
  3. Click on the menu icon located on the right in the Session's header to display options.
  4. Select Create Chat.



  5. In the Create Group Chat popup, add Group chat name:


    The system confirms that all confirmed SPs on the Session will be added to the group chat.

  6. Click Create group chat to confirm.

  7. Switch to the Chat tab in the SPA module to view the conversation and send messages.

    Look for the newest group chat at the top of the conversation list on the left inside the Chat tab.

    The list of SPs included in the group chat will not be visible in Draft mode. Once a message has been sent within the chat, the names will be available in the respective dropdown.

    In case only not confirmed SPs are included in the Group chat, creating a group chat fails.

    With the Edit group option, you can add further SPs to the chat conversation:

    For creating a Group chat for all confirmed SPs in a Cast sheet, use the Chat icon located on the right in the Cast sheet's header.
