The Recent Usage tab located in Resources shows the recent resource usage of Activities (left side) and general resource usage broken down by the most common types of resources under Favorite Resources (right side)

Note

By default, the Recent Usage tab is displayed when entering Resources.

Recent Usage

Here, you can access the specified number of days or months (defined in the header) worth of recent resource usage broken down by Activities.

To change the interval of recent resource usage, click on the cogwheel of the tab, select an option then move your cursor away to apply the change.

Tip

The Recent filter option can be modified at the Schedule Action settings in System. Change the number of days at Display Activities as recent with end date within the last _ day(s) to modify how many days you can fetch resource usage prior to the current date using the Recent filter.
(warning)
Modifying the number of days will affect the Recent Activity filter in Advanced Scheduling as well.

The Details link of each Activity brings you to the Resource Register tab where you can view the registered resource usage of the entire Activity from the Activity's start date up to the current day.
You can change the time range by clicking in the fields of the start or end date.
You can also filter down further to an Event, a Client, or display only a particular type of resource with the help of the Cabinets drop-down.

Click on the blue triangle arrow in front of an Activity to display its events. Each event has a separate Details link which you can also follow if you are only interested in a particular event's resource usage.

Note

If there weren't any events created within an Activity, the arrow is greyed out.
