Total SP Performance Value

For evaluating the performance of the SP for one encounter, the Total SP Performance Value is used which is the average of the Inter-Rater Agreement Value and the SP Performance Evaluation Value.

If the two scores are required to be taken into account with different weights, the section weights should be determined accordingly.

e = the SP performance evaluation value for one particular encounter of an SP
i = the inter-rater agreement value of the SP for the encounter

Total SP Performance Score

The overall performance of the SP is represented by the Total SP Performance Score, which is the average of the Inter-Rater Agreement Score and the SP Performance Evaluation Score; or the average of the Total SP Performance Value for each observation the SP has for a certain case.

to = the total SP performance value of an SP, for one particular encounter for each observation the SP has for a certain case
n = the number of encounters that have been observed for the SP in the case
