Necessary privilege to access the module:  

Admin

Users with the Admin privilege can view all Rooms at all times and can access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room view screens.

Video Full Control

• has access to any room available at Center Overview in Recording
• can control recording in all rooms (start, play/pause, Go live!, stop)

• allowed to edit the Record control panel: add or modify activities \ cases \ groups \ learners \ SPs except 
  • when RNSA easy login is set up in the room and recording is in progress which has been triggered by video start and stop settings (set in Activities)
  • when an event booked in a room is created with Scheduling is booked in the room and it has  and has a timeslot structure that controls the video recordings automaticallyrecordings 

Video Control

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Video Control privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room View screens (including Annotations, camera controls, recording controls)

Live Video

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Live Video privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens and make annotations in Single Room View, however, no access to camera controls

FON Data Entry

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is only available for a FON Data Entry privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens and make annotations in Single Room View, however, no access to camera controls
