Appointment requests for Sessions accepted by SPs are moved to the Pending tab on the Accepted Requests page within their SPA Mobile Application. Their status will remain pending—marked by a yellow clock—until an SP coordinator confirms or declines them.

Every freshly accepted appointment request will appear highlighted until the SP taps them to checks its details:

Theicon shows the number of newly accepted requests the SP has not tapped on yet.

From there on, SPs only have to wait for their pending appointment to be confirmed by an SP coordinator in the SPA module of LearningSpace, with the Confirm option of the respective Case.

SPs can cancel their applications if the appointment is no longer convenient for them, by tapping CHANGE at the bottom of the pending request.
