SPs are immediately notified once they are confirmed for a patient scenario appointment for a Session.

Pending appointments are moved to the Confirmed tab on the Accepted Requests page once an SP coordinator confirms them.

The status of the SP will change to Confirmed in the Recruit SP pop-up of the appointment in the SPA module.



Entering the appointment, SPs can add the confirmed appointment to their personal calendar:

SPs can also decline their confirmed appointments at any time by selecting the orange  I CAN'T GO option in case they cannot make it:

The status of the SP will change to Declined in the Recruit SP pop-up of the appointment in the SPA module.

In the current version of the SPA Smartphone Application, SPs can decline their confirmed appointments right until the starting time of an appointment. Since this could lead to difficulties in finding a new SP and/or rescheduling the appointment,
SPs need to make sure to consult their SP coordinators before declining an appointment at such short notice.
