Repair: When an asset must be repaired, you can set its status to Under Repair in the Catalog. This makes the asset unavailable and prevents it from being checked out during the repair period.

Maintenance: You can set up a maintenance schedule for those assets that must undergo maintenance.

When an asset is checked out for maintenance, its status changes to to Under Maintenance in the Catalog, This makes the asset unavailable and prevents it from being checked out during the maintenance period.
