From the Dashboard, click the System icon. The System Manager screen appears with the General tab open as a default.
IMPORTANT: Saving in the System module is automatic and is completed when switching tabs.
The General tab contains information that is necessary for the system to function properly and there are also fields that can be optionally used.
Recommended settings
The Institution name ensures that the login page is customized for the institution using it.
2. In the Master password fields, enter the designated password twice.
3. Enter the desired text in the Video warning message field.
Select the checkbox before Show this when learners open video review for the first time to activate the message.
4. Click the Show System Storage Details button to see the storage details of the system.
5. Annotations and activity types can be edited via the Show Annotations Settings and the Show Activity Type Settings buttons respectively.
6. Set the Time frames for deletion of recordings, recent activities, password change and scheduling time threshold.
7. Select any additional general settings checkbox as desired.
8. Any changes made are automatically saved when switching to another tab or when leaving the System Manager.
