Easy Login, as the name of the feature suggests, facilitates the login process. This function can be made available for learner and SP users, ensuring that they can sidestep having to select their account and group through Legacy login.
Conditions for Easy Login:
- a specific room assigned to an activity/ case - via Advanced Scheduling
- an In-Room and/ or Learner Station (i.e. computer) assigned to the selected room for the SPs and/ or learners respectively
If these conditions are met, the login would be displayed as follows:
for SPs - name already displayed, only password to be entered
for learners - name to be selected from drop-down with list of learners assigned to the event that is taking place at the time of login, then password to be entered
