Plan the supply and equipment-need of your scenarios: the Equipment and Supply List is a template where you can assemble items and assets which are required to perform a scenario of a given activity during a single event.
The Equipment and Supply List is essentially a forecast of your equipment- and supply-demand for a case. The list should only contain the estimated quantity of added items that can be later on finalized when creating an event.
To create a new Equipment and Supply List, go to the tab of the same name and click + New.
The editor window opens where you can name your new list and add items to it.
Use quick-add items drop-down to add any specific item. You can even enter the quantity of an item, but that can be changed later on.
If you are not sure about what kind of asset will be available for your event, use the Quick add tags option. Add an asset tag then decide on the specific asset afterwards, when you are setting up the Setup Sheet for an event.
Once you have created a list, you can add it to any case during curriculum planning.
