In the SP Enrollment tab, you can view the applications submitted by SPs who registered using the CAE SPA mobile application

See more information about this process on the How to Enroll page.

SP applications contain the following details:

SPs are asked to provide these details because some factors—such as the physical size, age, gender, and ethnicity of the patient—may be of significance in case of certain scenarios.

Approving or declining SP registrations

New applicants can be approved or declined by the SP coordinators.

  1. Pending applications (Under review) can be reviewed and managed on the left, under New registrations.
  2. Select an SP to review their details.
  3. If you find the SP applicant suitable, approve the application and confirm your approval.
  4. Once you have approved an application, the SP will be moved to the right to indicate that the enrollment process is finished.

A new SP user will automatically be created for each approved applicant in User manager, with the details the SP has provided.

Decline the registration of SP applicants who are not suitable for a specific scenario/event, by using the Decline button.
SPs will be notified through the CAE SPA mobile application.

The details of the enrolled SPs can be reviewed at any time, by selecting them from the list and clicking on Open.

To view your SPs and modify their details in the User manager module, you need User Manager or Admin privilege.

As I go to the SP Enrolment tab, I see 2 tables, in the left there are the SPs who registered to the system but they are still waiting for approval. In the right, I see the ones who have already been approved.

I select an SP and open his registration. In the popup I see the following:

I click approve, which opens a confirmation window for me. I confirm, and the SP is moved to the right table and his registration is approved.
