You can also create a chat group through the Casting tab, including every SP related to an entire Session who has been confirmed for an Appointment. 
Group chat can be created for all confirmed SPs on a Cast sheet:
You can also add every SP you have requested in your Cast sheet, with the help of the Edit group option:
Follow up with your SP groups until the day of your Session and stay up-to-date regarding their availability.
