When preparing the SCE Schedule for an SCE, preparation materials can be designated to be sent to the different participants of an event.

The emails are sent only to the members of the participant group assigned to the event, according to their role.

In the Learner Study, Facilitator Preparation and Operations Specialist Preparation stages of the Pre-Event phase, email messages can be prepared in the system, to be activated for sending out when scheduling an event in the Calendar module.

IMPORTANT: In the Add Preparation Material pop-up, all parts available to be sent out are listed without distinction according to users. Therefore, the author of the SCE preparing the SCE Scheduling should use discretion when deciding which part(s) of the SCE would be sent out to the learners.

The suggested addressees are in close correlation with the recommended content of the corresponding parts of the SCE Design.
