A learner can be linked to a video recording in one of two ways:

  1. the learner is member of the participant group of a scheduled event,
  2. the learner is member of the participant group added when recording on the fly.

Once a learner is thus assigned to a recording, they will automatically have access to their recording in the Video Review module.

The timing of the Learner Video review access can be enabled on the SCE Scheduling tab of the SCE Management module.

The timing and the duration ("available till") of the Learner Video review access can be further specified on the SCE Scheduling tab of the Edit Event pop-up in the Calendar.




Learners can also print a Video Report about the recordings they are linked to, with the help of the print button .
