Activity types (such as 'debrief', 'exam', 'lab' etc.) are categories that you can apply to an entire Activity—in the Basics tab of an Activity, within the Activity Manager —
to mark every Activity-related event with the selected type and color.
Activity Types in the Edit Activity Pop-up in Activities
In the System module, by clicking Activity types, you can access the default and custom Activity types, create new ones or delete the custom types.
Use the field at the bottom of the pop-up and the +Add button to create a new Activity type.
The system automatically defines the color of the new type. The color of the Activity type will mark every Activity-related event blocked off in the Calendar.
Custom types that were created here or in the Basics tab of an Activity can be deleted, but only here.
Default Activity Types
System-generated default Activity-types are marked with a lock and cannot be deleted from the system.
