Select the Case and Part from the corresponding drop-down menus.
The Activity drop-down is pre-populated by the Activity of the OEQS button the user has clicked.Use the radio buttons to list the answers by questions or learners.
By default, the list is displayed by questions.
In Learners view, OEQS graders can search and select a specific learner for grading. Clicking the Score button next to a selected learner will redirect the OEQS grader to the Scoring page.- Choose either the Submit All or the Score button next to a question to view either the complete list of learners' responses or only the newly submitted responses.
The Learner response page appears.
5. Use the Learner #No/ Learner Name (depending on Privacy settings) list to switch between the responses.
The Responses panel will automatically scroll to the first question that can be scored but the panel will contain the entire checklist.
6. Complete the scoring according to the type of scoring.
Direct scoring
Select the Score from the drop-down.
Keyword scoring
When keyword scoring is set up, the system highlights in the answer text all words matching any keyword and calculates a 'recommended' score based on their values.
When selecting a response with keyword scoring, a table listing the keywords and their values is displayed in the Scoring panel.
It is highly recommended that scores be submitted only after review of each answer.
Questionnaire scoring
Selecting a Response that has a related questionnaire assigned opens the questionnaire in the Scoring panel, as created on the selected Special Section checklist.
In the questionnaire, each answer is assigned a point value that will be added as a score after submission.
7. Click Submit to save the score (and comment if any).
