You can create sessions inside a cast sheet to determine the start and end date of a single training event or multiple synchronous simulated patient encounters.
Sessions are important in determining the date of appointments: each appointment will last during the date and time of the particular session they were created in.
Edit the details of the session—date and title—in the header:

Valid session date is a prerequisite for SP Recruitment. You cannot continue with adding appointments if the date of the session is not set up.
Similar to events, sessions cannot take longer than a day.
Session are not identical with events and cannot be connected in any way to existing Calendar or Advances Scheduling events.
The SPA module will not let you book concurrent or partially overlapping sessions. In case your new session coincides with any existing session within the same cast sheet, you will be warned to pick another time and date:
