SPs are notified right away once they are confirmed for an appointment.
Pending appointments are moved to the Confirmed tab in the Accepted Requests page once they are confirmed by an SP coordinator.
The status of the SP will change to Confirmed in the Recruit SP of the appointment in the SPA module.
Entering the appointment, SPs can add the confirmed appointment to their personal calendar:
SPs can also decline their confirmed appointments in case they cannot make it:
The status of the SP will change to Declined in the Recruit SP of the appointment in the SPA module.
