The Privacy panel is for managing the level of privacy in different reports or OEQS.
IMPORTANT: Any modification of settings is completed, it has to be saved by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page.

- Case and Activity Evaluation Anonymous checkbox - affects the Case and Activity evaluation parts filled out by the learners:
If checked, the Case Evaluation Part learners' submit will not appear on the Individual Checklist for users with either Report reviewer or Admin privilege.
Responses for this part can be reviewed in the Case Item Analysis which is an anonymous report independent of whether or not the checkbox in question is checked.
If a learner has no UCID (Unique Custom ID) registered in the system, a warning will be displayed in the UCID column of reporting tables.
