Share an Activity with specific Activity Manager(s) for editing by providing them with read and write access, or restrict their access to read-only.
Available Activity Access Options:
'View-only' permission:
Add groups or individual users to the CAN READ ONLY field.
Any user included here with access to Activities can view the Activity, but can't edit it.
OR
- 'View-and-edit' permission:
Add groups or individual users to the CAN READ AND WRITE field.
Any user included here with access to Activities can edit the Activity.
