There are two options inside the panel:
a. Data Entry
Here, the FON user can evaluate one learner at a time.
Move your cursor to the edge of the Data Entry panel until it turns into a double-headed white arrow. Increase or decrease the width of the panel. |
If the Responses are final checkbox is selected at the Faculty Observation and Narrative (FON) part of the current case, the FON user can only submit a learner's FON checklist once. |
b. Group Grading
This option is only active if more than one learner is added to the recording. |
If the FON user would like to give exactly the same feedback on more than one learner's performance, s/he can switch to Group Grading.

Some questions might be disabled for editing. The following messages might appear under them:
Click on Set them the same to make the questions editable. In this case, Group Grading overrides existing FON submissions of a learner. |
Group Grading can only be applied with restrictions if the Responses are final checkbox is selected at the Faculty Observation and Narrative (FON) part of the current case, and there is at least one learner who already has a submitted FON checklist among the learners selected (highlighted in blue) for group grading. In such case Group Grading is only available if:
