You can find the annotations dedicated to a case in the Preset annotations tab in the Edit Case pop-up of a selected case.
These annotations were added to the system while using the Annotations panel in the Single Room View (SRV) in Recording or in the Video Review module while the 

You can also define further case-specific annotations: the new annotations you create here are added as a simple line of text without any formatting that can be customized in the General tab in System or the Annotations panel as mentioned above.

In return, in the , clicking the cogwheel prompts the Annotation Settings pop-up where ticking the 'Use case-related annotations' checkbox results in the selective listing of the annotations added on the Preset annotations tab.

NOTE: As adding annotations is only possible during recording (or in Video Review), and case-related annotations depend on assigning a specific case, the checkbox is only active if there is a case assigned to the recording.

When on the tab, start typing the desired text in the Add Annotation field. If the annotation is not in the system yet, type in the full text then press Enter to add it to the case.

TIP: Already existing annotations matching the character combination typed in the field will be listed in a drop-down (and narrowed by further characters). Clicking the intended one will add it to the case.

Removing preset annotations:

  • to remove a specific annotation, click the X in its field
  • to remove all annotations, click the red trash bin icon in the bottom right corner of the panel
