As an SP user, you can apply Privacy Mode inside the room where you are performing your current scenario using the room's authorized In-room station. You can access Privacy Mode in your user profile where you can switch off and on the camera feeds any time you require privacy: when changing into hospital gowns, or in case of other sensitive situations that occur as part of a physical examination—regardless of the status of recording in the room.
Manage Your Privacy in the Exam Room
Enable or disable Privacy Mode by clicking the icon located in the top right corner of the screen under your username:
Important
Privacy Mode is only available if the computer you are logging into is added to the exam room as an In-room station in CAE LearningSpace. If in doubt, consult your instructor or system administrator to make sure your workstation is set up properly.
When you enable Privacy Mode, the camera feeds of the room are disabled:

Where to Find Privacy Mode in Your Profile
You can take control of the room's camera feeds even if you are not added as a participant to the activity currently running in the room. Privacy Mode is available with or without any activity assigned to the room as long as an In-room station is added to the room in CAE LearningSpace.
You can access Privacy Mode right away on your Dashboard:
You can also access the room's privacy setting on the case or learner selection page:
Or while you are completing data entry:
Troubleshooting

A workstation might be disconnected because it has been assigned a new IP address.
Solution
Contact your system administrator to add the device manually to the system in the Stations tab, then assign it again to the room.
