IMPORTANT: Any modification of settings is completed, it has to be saved by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page. As the panel is expanded the button may only be available by scrolling down.
The Privacy panel is for managing the level of privacy in different reports or OEQS:
Raw Data Export - setting privacy in exported data tables
Open-Ended Question Scoring - identity of learners revealed for the OEQS faculty to the extent specified in the drop-down
Group Performance Review - privacy in group performance reports
NOTE: If a learner has no UCID registered in the system, a warning will be displayed in the UCID column of reporting tables.
Case and Activity Evaluation Anonymous checkbox - affects the case and activity evaluation parts filled out by the learners:
If checked, the Case Evaluation Part learners submit will not appear on the Individual Checklist for users with either report reviewer or admin privilege. Responses for this part can be reviewed in the Case Item Analysis which is an anonymous report independent of whether or not the checkbox in question is checked.
