To print a Preset Report (either to printer or to PDF), use the Print button in the top right corner of the screen.
When using the Print button, a browser print dialog window pops up, where further settings can be adjusted to make sure that multiple pages are printed.
The generated report will be displayed in a printer-friendly view, without any unnecessary elements.
Background graphics turns the header of certain tables into grey
CAE logo is displayed in print view
Portrait and Landscape layout
In case the complete report cannot be displayed in Portrait mode,
decrease letter size (Print preview window, Scale)
change to Landscape mode
Reports with Boxplot can only be printed in Landscape mode.
Turn off Smart scrollbar
For a neat print-view (with no distortions) Smart scrollbar needs to be turned off before printing reports.
Browser Printing
As an alternative, the Ctrl+P / Print from browser options can be utilized for printing LearningSpace reports as well.
Browser Printing (CTRL/CMD + P, right-click -> Print, or File -> Print) does not definitely/securely print multiple pages!
Activity Snapshot
