Deleting an Activity results in the relating submits and records being completely removed from the database.

RECOMMENDATION: In case of Activities with associated responses or reports, consider hiding, rather than deleting, when no longer needed.
As a consequence of hiding, an Activity will be removed completely from the Activity list (unless the 'Show hidden Activities' funtion is enabled), and related submits and records will not be displayed either.
However, this can be reverted at any time by unchecking the Hidden option under Edit Activity.

IMPORTANT: Data entry is disabled for hidden Activities (even if they are running).

  1. Access the Edit Activity pop-up window for the Activity desired to be deleted.
  2. Click the 'three-dot' (options) icon in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Click the Delete button.



    A prompt appears asking if you are sure you want to delete the Activity. 

  4. If certain about the deletion, click YES.

The Activity will be deleted from the system and a confirmation message appears near the top of the Activity Manager page.

NOTE: Deleting an Activity does not delete the Cases assigned to the Activity.
