How to Copy Events of an Activity into Another Activity

1. Access the Edit Activity pop-up window of the Activity whose events you want to copy.
2. Click the Advanced Scheduling link in the top right corner of the window.
   The system navigates to the Activity Scheduler page with all the scheduled events. 
   
3. Select the Activity into which you want to copy all the events from the Copy events to drop-down.

4. Once the target Activity is selected, click Copy.

The events will be copied to the selected upcoming Activity with identical

• durations,
• timeslot structures,
• group size,
• rotation scheme.
  

The dates and start times are in correlation with those of the original events with the start of the Activity as the reference point.
That is, the copied events start as many days after the start of the upcoming event as there are between the start of the original Activity and its first event.
